Accepting draft contract for provision of support
The organisation is obliged to send the signed contract to GACR no later than 30 calendar days since the delivery of the contract to the organisation.

Delivery of the contract for carrying out part of the grant project
In case one or more participants take part in the project, the beneficiary of financial support is obliged to conclude a contract for carrying out the grant project with each participant within 30 calendar days and deliver this contract together with all attachments to the provider within specified deadline. This obligation also applies to the applicant who is an organisational unit of the State.

Delivery of documents for financial settlements of subsidies provided for beneficiaries
The beneficiary of financial support from GACR shall make financial settlement according to the instructions listed in the “Vypořádání se státním rozpočtem” section on the Czech version of GACR website by 15 February of the relevant year.

Delivery of grant projects result intended for the Information Register of R&D results” (RIV)

Informing the provider about changes that occurred during carrying out the grant project
The beneficiary is obliged to inform GACR in written form of any changes that occurred during carrying out the project and which could have any impact on its progress, no later than 7 calendar days from the day they became aware of such facts.

Submitting interim report
The beneficiary is obliged to deliver an interim report prepared for each commenced calendar year of the project implementation to GACR, at the latest by the date stated in the contract, or decision to provide support by 15 January of the year following the year for which the report is made.

Submitting final report
The beneficiary is obliged to deliver the final report of the project implementation to GACR at the latest by the date stated in the contract, or decisions to provide targeted aid, usually on 31 January of the year following the year in which the project was completed.

Request to extend the evaluation period of final report
The beneficiary is entitled to ask GACR to extend the deadline for the evaluation of the final report. The beneficiary is obliged to deliver the remaining parts of the final report on 31 January or 31 July, but no later than 577 days after the completion of the final report.
